Partner With Us

Interested in working with Daily Rank? Here's what we accept, what we don't, and how to get in touch.

1. Who we work with

We partner with consumer-product brands, retailers, and the PR agencies that represent them. Most of our partnerships begin with a brand whose product we already plan to test, or with an agency pitching a launch we are covering.

  • Consumer-product brands — direct from founders, in-house marketing teams, or HQ PR contacts.
  • Retailers and marketplaces — for category-level sponsorship, exclusive deals, or seasonal coverage.
  • PR and communications agencies — representing a brand or product line on a retainer or project basis.

We do not currently work with companies in the following categories: cryptocurrency, NFTs, gambling, sports betting, or dietary supplements. We review this list periodically and may update it.

2. What we accept

Daily Rank accepts a narrow set of partnerships, each of which is disclosed to readers.

  • Embargoed press samples for editorial review. If a brand sends us a product under embargo, we test it on the same rubric as every other product and disclose the sample in the review with a clear note.
  • Affiliate partnerships on already-reviewed products. Brands may join an affiliate program with us; this never affects a product's rank or score. If a product scores poorly, it ranks poorly.
  • Sponsored content, clearly labeled. On rare occasions we publish sponsored articles, and every one carries a prominent "Sponsored" label at the top. Sponsored content is written by our editorial team and follows the same factual standards as our regular reviews.
Transparency rule: Anything that could be perceived as influencing our coverage is disclosed inline on the page where it appears. No exceptions.

3. What we don't accept

We are clear-eyed about the kinds of deals that would compromise the trust our readers place in our rankings. The following are non-starters, regardless of how attractive the offer is.

  • Payment to influence rankings. No dollar amount moves a product up or down in our lists.
  • Ghost-written reviews. Brands do not write our editorial. Sponsored pieces are still written by Daily Rank staff.
  • Removal or softening of negative coverage. Once a review is published, it is published. Corrections happen through our standard process, not through commercial pressure.
  • Links in exchange for higher rankings. Inbound links do not move scores.
  • Gift cards, "tip" payments, or off-the-books incentives. Our writers and editors do not accept personal compensation from covered brands.

4. How partnerships work

Our default partnership model is affiliate: when a visitor clicks a product link on Daily Rank and purchases from the retailer's site, the retailer pays us a small commission. The price to the shopper is unchanged.

For sponsored content, the workflow is:

  1. Brief. You send us a topic, key talking points, and any required disclosures.
  2. Editorial. Our team drafts the article, fact-checks every claim, and writes in Daily Rank's voice — not yours.
  3. Review. You receive a draft and one round of factual revisions. You do not receive editorial approval rights.
  4. Publish. The piece goes live with a "Sponsored" label at the top and a footer disclosing the partnership.
  5. Distribution. We feature it in our newsletter if it meets our editorial bar.

We retain full control over topic selection, writers, headlines, and final edits for sponsored content.

5. Pricing & deliverables
